Our office is located at 655 South Dobson Road, Building A Suite 101.
This is south of Chandler Regional Hospital on Dobson Road at Fairview.
This link will connect you to an aerial map. Our office is in building A which is the building closest to Dobson Rd.
Our office is open to patient care Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00 PM. Appointments are generally taken from 8:30 to 12:00 and then 1:30 to 5:00. However, some exceptions can be made. Please let us know if special hours are needed.
